Contact details you provide (name, phone, email) via the quote form or your account; event details; photo/video material from events (biometric data); billing data for invoices.
3. Purposes & legal basis
Preparing offers and performing the services contract (contract); issuing invoices (legal obligation); using photos/videos for portfolio and marketing (only with your consent).
4. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies (to keep you logged into your account) and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics. No advertising trackers.
5. Retention
Accounting documents for 5 years; event photos/videos as set out in the contract; account data while your account is active. Then deleted or anonymised.
6. Sharing
With service providers that help us operate (hosting, card payments via Stripe, email delivery), and with public authorities when legally required. We never sell your data.
7. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
